Use AI without pasting passwords
AI is great for explaining and drafting. It is a terrible place for secrets.
- Never paste passwords, bank numbers, SSN, or one-time codes into any AI.
- Redact with placeholders like CLIENT_A or ACCT-****.
- Ask for steps and checklists — do the clicking yourself.
- Power move: assign a role, then say “walk me through.”
- Real credentials / screen-share → book an Operator Hour.
When to book: Account lockouts or anything that needs live logins.
